StructShare's new order flow experience will reduce complexity and clicks, while providing customers with a fluid and a user-friendly way to create requisitions, RFQs, and POs!

 StructShare Analytics Enhancements

StructShare Analytics continue to improve and provide customers with deeper insights into their project spend, supplier commitments, item variability, and so much more!

New enhancements include: 

  • Include Warehouse Spend in Executive View Summary
  • Warehouse View Toggle - Ship To/Ship From
  • Additional Filtering Capabilities on Actual v. Estimated - Category + Cost Code
  • Clearer keys added to Spend Analysis - Category + Cost Code

Bulk Updating Item Database via Import

StructShare has added a new feature to the system that empowers our customers to bulk update existing items in your Item Database. Updating fields on items in bulk has never been easier!

RFQ Line Item Matching

StructShare will automatically parse and analyze the line items in submitted quote PDFs from suppliers, auto-match them to your respective RFQ line items, and subsequently log their unit pricing for easy quote comparison!

Invoice Line Item Matching

StructShare will automatically parse and analyze the line items in submitted Invoices from suppliers, auto-match them to your respective PO line items, and auto-populated billed quantities upon invoice approval!

Inventory Movement Report

This new feature will empower StructShare customers to more effectively track the movement of inventory across its entire lifecycle, providing real-time insights into the locations and quantity of each item at any point in time. This feature will effectively create an inventory ledger, and will empower further developments into Inventory Management.

Blanket PO and Order-for-Release Functionality

This new feature will empower StructShare customers to more effectively schedule deliveries over the entirety of their project lifecycle. Enhance team communication and collaboration using this tool, and ensure that all relevant stakeholders have a clear line of sight into: When materials are needed onsite, what suppliers have available, and when to expect material deliveries over extended periods of time.
