New Features:
Invoice Rejection Reason Email to Suppliers
StructShare now empowers accounting approvers to notify suppliers with customized messaging when an invoice is rejected! Use this new feature to share rejection reasons, marked up invoice attachments, as well as customized comments. This new feature will help keep your suppliers in the know, and empower them to send in invoice revisions.
In order to enable this function, please ensure that a 'Billing Email' is entered against your supplier organizations
StructShare now empowers Spectrum and Foundation ERP Integration users to sync Return Orders from StructShare! Quantities are received in each respective ERP system as negative values to ensure project cost and quantities are effectively removed.

Bulk Inventory Update to Warehouse
StructShare now empowers our customers to update existing warehouse inventory amounts via import! Customers can now take current inventory counts taken in the warehouse and update them in StructShare to ensure the system is up-to-date with your material balances.

Every StructShare customer leverages the system in specialized ways, and many rely on specific notifications, while ignoring others. Field Order Flow: BoM Item Selection
StructShare will now empower admin users to better regulate which material lists field team members can order from. Using our new setting, field users can be directed to your project Bill of Material for orders, and eliminate the availability of your item database. This helps ensure that all users are leveraging the system in the same way, and that all BoM ordered quantities will be accounted for against the estimated quantities for the project.
To enable the setting, please go to StructShare's settings page and locate this new feature under the 'Orders' section.

RFQ Line Item Matching
StructShare will automatically parse and analyze the line items in submitted quote PDFs from suppliers, auto-match them to your respective RFQ line items, and subsequently log their unit pricing for easy quote comparison!
